  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Raspberry Balsamic, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  2. Layer the mixed berries on top.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with additional berries, nuts or granola for crunch.
